Money for Disaster

Is there any place to go to learn if the money pledged to the Tsumani victim in Indonesia? I heard that the U.S has pledged $50 million to the earthquake in Pakistan. However, I also heard that very little money that is pledged by countries actually goes to the countries it is pledged to. Many people complain that America always gives so much money to these disasters so I wanted to see how much of the large amounts of pledged money actually goes to the countries.
