At that point, phrases turned into sentences which became semi-coherent paragraphs. Gestures and expressions actually seemed to fit the speech.

Then the topic changed.

You KNOW what happened at that point.

4. It really does sound like he's being fed phrases as he stands there.

But it could just be the time that it takes him to remember a phrase drilled by Rove and Others, which he then produces with obvious pride at it's "cleverness", but doesn't realize that, from other people's perspectives, this is getting Old.

There's some very palpable Disappoint about the Meiers nomination for SCOTUS.
