Four years ago, Chicago schoolteacher Andrea Allegretti was going through a nasty custody battle when officers pulled over her car and found drugs under the front seat.

Chicago Police Supt. Phil Cline became convinced that one of his officers had planted the drugs in Allegretti's car as a favor to her ex-husband. A Police Board hearing is set for later this month over Cline's recommendation to fire the officer, Kevin Morrison.

Allegretti was cleared of drug charges, and she remarried. But her family problems have continued.

Now her husband, Chicago Police Officer Michael Allegretti, faces his own allegations of wrongdoing. He was charged earlier this year with ordering women to strip to get out of traffic tickets.
