1. Then they go into how important it is that we talk about "these issues"

Because they've built a media machine that will cover for any stupid thing they say or do, the things they say and do will only get more stupid.

They walk off the edge of the cliff, blind to any feedback, telling themselves it's the most brilliant step they could possibly take.

The evil movement that calls itself conservative assumes wealthy white male christian supremacy, without even thinking.

They are always going on about others inferiority, and about how they are the most discriminated against group possible.

They play to such prejudices.

Others are welcome, so long as they're willing to kiss and worship wealthy white male christian butt.

Of course it's their own evil version of christianity they're talking
about.

2. Spin all day.

The show I was listening too, there are so many I cannot recall the host, was keen to point out that Bennett stated that "to abort all black children could not be accomplished and was morally bankrupt."

However, what conservatives do not understand is that those with hatred and bigotry in their heart will not remember the condemnation Bennett calmly offered. What they will remember is that

"Crime in this country would decrease if we aborted every black baby."

Compassionate conservatism, Orwellian double speak at its best.

3. His comments have nothing to do with abortion

it has everything to do with racism

i.e. "blacks are responsible for the crimes in this country"

anyone who had said what bennett said would have been disgraced and thrown off the air. unfortuneately there is very little outcry, and that is the biggest outrage of all
