They showed footage of her going to jail; she was in the back of a unmarked crown vic with a bulletproof glass partion and it looked like her hands were cuffed. Anyhow, she's been testifying since 10:00am. CNN sez Miller has not identified Libby as her source and that she would "presumably" leave the court a free woman. I like that they added presumably. Wait. Now CNN says Libby WAS her source, showing the quote from Libbys criminal defense attorney? Flip flop! White house still saying they have no comment on the "ongoing investigation" and only Fitz knows where this is going. Now going back to a parochial school bus accident, you know how they love to show maimed children.

10. Thought CNN piece was better than MSNBC with Jonathan Alter &

and a Repug Gizzi from some Magazine who were downplaying that saying that saying "Joe Wilson's wife" to Judith Miller would be a crime. Speculation that Fitzgerald wouldn't indict but just give a "recommendation" or some legal crap that wouldn't call for any action. Speculation that Bush wouldn't fire anyone unless they committed a crime and that Fitz could just do nothing about it or extend it.

Jonathan Alter did say that anyone could have Googled "Joe Wilson's wife" and come up with a name yet he downplayed that any law would have been broken. :eyes:

I don't know if they know that Fitz isn't going to do anything because the Media ALWAYS knows from insider sources what's going on and they don't have to tell us. Or, whether they are downplaying that Fitz may be onto something Big and they don't want to blow his case.

The downplaying that there was any wrongdoing against the law was kind of disgusting to see, though. Seems the Media Whores are back to their old ways. At least CNN did put a story together with snips of the background so viewers who aren't familiar would have a "context."
