"one of the weakest, most baseless indictments in American history"
Quote of DeLay's got me thinking...is it really the weakest and most baseless? I mean, surely there are others...what about people on death row who wind up being discovered innocent either before or after their execution? That's pretty bad.

7. It's short and sweet.
Tom DeLay committed a felony in broad daylight and was caught.

The prosecutor has the goods and unless some ditto-head lies his way onto the jury the hammer may be headed for the tool box.
