It's just that people haven't begun to recognize the organization and deviousness of what we're up against----the greedy robber baron Shrubbites.

Surprisingly, AEI Fellow Bill SCHNEIDER has been harping all evening that Ahhhnuld is not tied to Shrub, that it doesn't mean positive things for Shrub, that Ahhhnuld's role as as an OUTSIDER, that people wanted "outsider" and they are angry at "insiders" and Shrub is now an "insider".

Granted that the Shrubbites will invest in propping Ahhhnuld up, but perhaps his skeletons will mix their metaphors and come home to roost, plus the unmanageable problems are now his baby.

I've checked the votes that have been counted so far. The CA secretary of state's site

http://vote2003.ss.ca.gov/Returns/summary.html

has Yes votes ahead with 52.1%, and No votes with 47.9 %.

That's with 3.6 % of the vote counted. It's changing in just a minute; updated every 10 minutes and will probably be updated by the time I post this. But we're still waiting for 96 %, folks.

I'm uneasy with the recall portion, but it's a lot closer than Arnold v Cruz; I'm keeping my fingers crossed for that no vote. I wonder if the early returns were the early touch-screen voters?
