Those that get indicted for Corporate Fraud - TEACH!!
Indicted Ex-Tyco Legal Chief Teaches Cornell Class

http://story.news.yahoo.com/news?tmpl=story&cid=765&ncid=766&e=3&u=/nm/20030715/people_nm/people_belnick_dc

By Tim McLaughlin
BOSTON (Reuters) - Not many college students get to learn about the American legal system from a central figure in one of the biggest corporate scandals in U.S. history.

But for about 50 undergraduate students taking Cornell University's "Government 315" class this summer in New York City, their instructor is Mark Belnick, the indicted former general counsel of Tyco International Ltd. .

Belnick awaits trial on charges he stole $12 million from Tyco by accepting a bonus that the company's board had not approved. He is also accused of falsifying business documents to conceal a $14.5 million interest-free loan from Tyco.

While Belnick prepares for the biggest legal battle of his life, he uses the Socratic method to teach students the roots of American law, according to Cornell's course description.

"It's a very popular course," said Christine Holmes, special programs manager for Cornell's school of continuing education. "The students are aware of who's teaching, and that has not hurt enrollment."

2. had Belnick applied for a 7-11 job
would the application question asking if he had been charged with a felony or misdemeanor disqualifed him? If yes, please explain.

Why not nominate him for a Nobel Prize in economics, too?

Most students enrolled in his class probably see it as comic relief. But maybe some are taking the class because they figure he'll have to let them get away with cheating..(or bribery).
His class probably goes something like this:

" Today's lecture...How to get a secret metting with the White House..."
