I don't know if there was a thread on this, but Franken called the 1 877 katrina number and got a phone sex line. This may explain Dubyas disheveled appearance.

1. Actually, the point of the bit was that Bush gave out a different #

which is difficult to remember, but that the federal govt should have bought 1-877-Katrina (from the phone sex company.)

I didn't get to hear the entire conversation with her but the Freepers thought she was great and want her to sign up over there - that should give anyone who didn't hear her an idea re the kindness she showed.
