He's going to do the old bait and switch and claim that because he and the Feds had to wait for local officials that mistakes were made.

Being able to bypass local government will come in very handy on September 24th and at any other time there is a large protest (such as the one in Crawford) that bush doesn't like.

I would bet big $$$$'s on what his next move is going to be and the bullshit spewing will begin on Thursday night with his speech.

If it's really important stuff, why wait three days before announcing it? There are cameras all around Bush wherever he goes, he can just say what he has to say whenever he wants.

If it's not important, why have a press conference in the first place?
