Surprise, surprise..... more "NO BID" contracts.... in NOLA
I heard on cnn this morning that in fact kellog, brown and root as well as Joe Allbaugh's company were awarded no bid contracts to begin cleaning up the big easy.

4. The joke is the 11 Reps. that voted against the $52 Billion relief package

actually had a point when they said they were worried about oversight. Except they just pointed to the wrong overseer. It's not the State and Local governments that are going to enrich cronies off of this money--it's our present Federal Administration that needs a babysitter. Some things never change.
