1. They're not going to this time.
The hatred of Bush is not just a democrat thing anymore.

5. You really think?
I hope you're right. It sounded pretty positive here:

But Dean, in remarks interrupted several times by applause, charged that Republicans in Congress and the Bush administration have not done enough to combat poverty. The pictures of primarily black storm evacuees huddled at the dank Superdome and stranded on rooftops, Dean charged, showed ``the ugly truth that skin color, age and economics played a significant role in who survived and who did not.''

''The question, 40 and 50 years after Martin Luther King and the civil rights movement, is: How could this still be happening in America?'' Dean said. He later added: ``We have not swept poverty away in this nation. We have simply swept it under the rug.''

11. I agree. He was on point, reasonable, but unwavering. Howie so rocks.

6. Here's a little:

8. His ability to score points in almost hostile interviews is
improving. I spoke well for America today on CNN. Blitzer tried to harass him but to no avail. Dean clearly got the better of the argument.

10. Didn't he say that Bush wasn't aware/informed properly?
WTF?

Look, the DLC is firmly in charge of the Democratic Party.

Howard Dean is not going to change that one bit.

12. Watch the interview. Blitzer was doing nothing but baiting him.
Dean probably would change his answer if he could, but Wolf was trying to twist his words. It was a tough situation.

14. DLC members may be a large part of the Congressional Dems but
The DLC is NOT in charge of the Party. The CORPOs are calling the tunes.

The DLC just happens to enjoy working for BIG CORPO.

15. Fuck the DLC.
We need their "leadership" like we need syphillis. After three consecutive major election losses, it's time for them to sit down and shut the fuck up.
