Have any of the tax dollars that we pay actually gone to help the survivors of Katrina? I saw the post questioning whether any of the forgien aid has made it here so I was compelled to ask the same question regarding our federal tax dollars. (Note: I'm not questioning local private aid. Just our federal tax dollars.) I think I know where it all went but I felt the need to ask the question nonetheless.
