"...not the time to point fingers..."
Anderson Cooper nailed this one to the WALL Friday Night with Bill Maher:

"You know, all these politicians all this week are saying, “Well, you know what? This is not the time to point fingers; this is not the time to, you know, quibble about things.” Well, you know what? When is the time, because I'm happy to write it down in my engagement book. (He got applause and cheers at this point and had to pause.) And make an appointment, because, to me, the time is now, when the world is watching."

1. If we can have enough troops for Iraq and enough to keep us "safe"
at home, I sure there are enough resources to keep the government moving while people investigate how badly this was done.
