Can we verify: Is the convention center emptied, or not??

I'm not sure when the video from FOX (Rivera & Shep Smith) was taken (last night??)that seemed to say that there were still thousands there. But MSNBC and CNN are showing conflicting stories.

1. No, the title of the AP article is misleading

The superdrome is empty, but there are still people at the Convention Center and on roofs and in buildings throughout NO.

Yesterday evening, there were still talking about approximatively 50,000 people in the town, and Cherkoff was pretty much saying the same thing this morning.

4. a friend said she saw Soledad O'Brien showing shots of empty conv center

but I'm wondering if it was actually the superdome. I can't believe that they were able to evacuate the whole thing yesterday.
