They have an unrealistic plan.

They are not responding to dire situations today.

They will still be talking when all these people are dead.

He can talk all day and wish folks luck, but that is no substitute for action on the ground today.

Harry S. Truman would have had his resignation on his desk by 10 am this morning if he had been in charge.
