If I were the Governor of Louisiana today I'd invite the other countries

who have offered aid to join me in saying "Fuck you, Bush" and bypass the stalled, incompetent and indifferent federal government and work with the State of Louisana directly to bring disaster relief to New Orleans.

And I'd recommend the governors of Mississippis and Alabama to do the same.

And I'd say screw the repercussions from the Bush cabal - whatever they may be - our citizens' lives and health are far more important.
