Seems to me that the best hurricane relief we can provide to the good folks of New Orleans and Biloxi, is a gun and some ammunition to guard what's left of their homes and business.

11. the lack of potable water will kill

very effectivly- simple dysentery without any way to re-hydrate is a killer- especially for the weakest, and least able to fend for themselves.
