What if countries who offered help and were rebuffed, started getting letters from individual Americans?

Our prideful, inept leader has apparently turned down YOUR generous offer of help,(or perhaps is too busy planning his next photo-op). BUT MY FAMILY (insert name here) desperately needs your help, and would like to accept your offer of help. Our president has shown little interest in any of us "little people", and we are literally dying in the streets because of his inaction.

He did a "fly-over at 5000 ft" in his posh airplane, and then basically just rolled back environmental regulations on the gasoline that his rich friends are now selling us for 4 times the price last year.

So, if there is ANY way that MY family (insert name here) could accept your help, please consider us. We have NOTHING, so anything you could offer would be welcomed
