Get the USS Constellation aircraft carrier to NO for evacuation

recently decommissioned but still afloat she could evacuate a good portion of the population in one trip. If not the Connie get the Reagan or any other carrier not currently deployed on liberation duties

1. Getting the men/women to man the ship would be a problem

But if Bush said DOIT it could be done fast IMHO..

Can't remember the name of it and the decision hadn't been made as of last night, but apparently it's still on the table.
