1. The Hindustan Times is not a particularly reliable source
I wouldn't run with a story that appears there and nowhere else. I see a lot of that over there. This story is a case in point.

2. Hide and seek with this story
Drudge is playing peek a boo with this story it was up for a while about two to two and a half hours ago, then he took it off for a while and now it's back up again (11:00pm EST). This really sounds like a planted story it would have obviously been front page news everywhere else, nothing on CNN, MSNBC, or any of the Dep't of Defense mouthpieces.
