How are the news media/emergency personnel going to survive ?

....seems to have system of survival that involves standing outside while the storm is strongest reporting live to the nation that it's raining and windy.

10. I really have been worried about the local media

Watching WWLTV on line. If I were them, I would probably be physically shaking and unable to do my job. How can someone constantly report on the danger of the coming storm when they are in harm's way and keep such professional composure.
