Pissant.
That's what they used to call an inconsequential and irritating male human in Texas when I was growing up there in the 1950's. Someone who didn't even rate such an appellation as "coward" or "monster," but was nevertheless deserving of scorn and derision. A pretentiously obnoxious fellow who wasn't worth taking outside and whipping. A lightweight.

This is what we've got now, running around the country desperately trying to appear much larger than he is, while he won't do his most fundamental duties at home.

He's a pissant.

2. Is that French?
Seriously, I think you misunderestimate him. He's a monstrous, enormously powerful demagogically challenged PISSANT.

4. I KNOW you've heard the term, if you've been in Lubbock for a while.
Yes, on one level he is monstrous for what he has done and what he may do, but I'm thinking about his personal measure and find it so small as to be almost wispy, if you will.
