Is Idiot Son's pal Pat Robertson a terrorist?
http://www.nynewsday.com/news/nationworld/nation/sns-ap-robertson-assassination,0,7088823,print.story?coll=nyc-nationhome-headlines

CARACAS, Venezuela -- Venezuela's vice president accused religious broadcaster Pat Robertson on Tuesday of making "terrorist statements" by suggesting that American agents assassinate President Hugo Chavez.

Vice President Jose Vicente Rangel said Venezuela was studying its legal options, adding that how Washington responds to Robertson's comments would put its anti-terrorism policy to the test.

"The ball is in the U.S. court, after this criminal statement by a citizen of that country," Rangel told reporters. "It's huge hypocrisy to maintain this discourse against terrorism and at the same time, in the heart of that country, there are entirely terrorist statements like those."

1. To put it plain and simple, YES. The sad fact is nothing will happen.
Maybe Hugo can assassinate Robertson.

7. Actually, wouldn't surprise me if
this were just another requested ROVErian tactic for the purposes of:

1) Take the news heat off of Camp Casey

2) Take the news heat off of Iraq

3) To send a message to Chavez that he could be brought down, because it is really ALL ABOUT THE OIL

4) To send a message to the American public that the US is still a Mighty Christian Right!, and to stir up and, ever so kindly, give them recognition and "voice" to continue backing the pResident, but it's really ALL ABOUT THE OIL

Even though I have detested, discredited, and gone to personal lengths to completely disregard and dismiss anything Robertson has to say, I don't think anything will come of this.

Shrub will NOT be making any public remarks regarding Robertson
Scotty, and the other WH press briefing talking mouths, will do the usual dodge if questioned directly by the WH reporter corps.

I also believe that Rove, or whoever handles the media message has simply used Robertson once again to create a diversion that, when not addressed, will just let it go by the wayside as if it never happened.
