patriot: one who loves his or her country and supports its authority and interests.

i guess if i hate bush's war, i'm not patriotic. i guess if i point out flaws in our government, i'm not a patriot. i guess if i don't wave little chinese american flags i'm not a yankee doodle dandee.

fuck patriotism if it means mass murder, and global domination and piracy and losing my son.

2. I suggest that you are a patriot, MP

Obviously you love your Country or you wouldn't be upset about the path which it is taking. If you didn't care about it's best interests, you would be doing something else this fine Sunday morning.

Seems to me you most definitely are a patriot.

3. Dissent against immoral policy is a high form of Patriotism
Civilized people understand the difference between love of country and support of lying profiteers drapped in the national colors.

4. "Patriotism is the most foolish of passions, and the passion of fools."
I gave up on "patriotism" after My-Lai and Kent State.

definitely not a Democrat, and absolutely NOT a liberal or progressive. Do you all smoke from the same crack pipe when you do these posts, or just call one another and giggle over the phone?

Girls will be girls...
