I got one last year. I gave it to a buddy who had become a Democrat but couldn't get the numbers memorized.
I'd see him walking around the plant showing other workers his new pen.

It's for signing those petitions during one of the DU Activist drives.

It's got scrolls with military spending and federal spending. Pretty cool.
