Donations (items, not $) to Crawford Peace House

I have several items that I'd be glad to donate to Crawford Peace House IF I knew they could/would use them and IF I knew (what with the recent post office issues) that they would be delivered promptly and to the correct person(s).

I emailed them to ask if they could use said items but got no reply - they're probably just a bit busy right now.

Items include a commercial Bunn coffeemaker, a cellphone (just needs service turned on), a brand new inkjet printer, etc.

I do NOT want to waste time and money sending stuff that won't be used, isn't needed, will not be delivered or that will just sit in a corner someplace.

Any suggestions?

I would guess they could use and would be grateful for each of those things. They are tremendously busy, thankfully! I don't think the mail problem was with things but with letters. GO's suggestion is a good one. You might try calling them.

6. Send them DHL or somesutch.

Use one of the non-postal carriers; go get your postage and then go to a UPS store or regular store like that and send it. They should deliver it to the house without postal interferance.

..they did suggest overnight shipping via DHL or some such, which I'll gladly do. They definitely want the coffeemaker! :)
