Big debate trying to get an amendment to get investigation by Special Council to invistigate Wilsongate on C-Span 2 Now. He talks about John Dean's article on the Wilson/Plame story on Truth Out. Asks for it to be put into the Ccongressional Record.

They are on ripping Bush for saying he would "fire" the person who leaked. They are arguing that "fire" is defintitely not the way to deal with this "Crime!"

Repugs won't let them put in an amendment at all.

But the media can smell blood with this story I hope, and as oppurtunistic as the mainstream media is they'll put the hurt on teh Republicans as being hypocrites of the highest order. In the end, the Republicans un-willingness to hold GW and his ADministration to the same standards that they hold Democratic politicians too, will only come back to hurt them.

Everybody likes to see a winner lose.
