Lunatic radical left
How is it we can't have rational discourse about politics in the Mailbag? The United States is a 50/50 nation. Half our people believe our nation's founders got it right. They call themselves Republicans. The other half believes otherwise. They call themselves Democrat, Liberal, Progressive or something.

There you have it folks, we are lunatics. :sarcasm:

I have tried to write a response several times to no avail, when I get top the part "minding my own business" I lose it & it all comes out so vile I doubt they would post my respone.

5.  To be fair it goes both ways. Unfortunately it is easier to get mob
following with an us vs. them attitude.

Actually a compliment. Nicer than being called a "mainstream Republican" if you ask me.

4. What do you mean "we?"
:D

There is no such thing as left or right, or blue states and red states, or a 50/50 nation. - fictional geographies of imagination... like the "Western Canon." ... Horse pucky. ;)

6. How true
The economic priorities can be modeled a three dimensional with 4 separate goals that are not mutually exclusive. Social issues can be modeled with at least three mutually exclusive goals.

7. William, notice his next to last paragraph - it sounds an awful lot
like what I tell homophobes when trying to explain that I am no different from them:

I put my trousers on one leg at a time. I bleed when I get stuck with a needle. . . . I never saw the inside of a jail. I've never even had a traffic ticket. I never beat my wife. I eat Wheaties and brush my teeth. I don't hassle my neighbors. I mind my own business.

I think the guy just doesn't understand -- like an awful lot of people on both sides of the aisle -- that the fringe on both sides is often assumed to be speaking for their entire groups.

8. Half our people believe our nation's founders got it right.
They call themselves Republicans.

So that's why they are destroying the constitution. :puke:

9. Hey look it's OPPOSITE DAY!
Has been for almost 5 years now. Republicans are too fucking stupid to realize that our founding fathers got it as right as they could at the time. I bet if there were cars and airplanes and automatic weapons in 1776 the constitution would be a little different.

11. Lunatic Fringe. I know your out there. Your in hiding.....
Oh shit! They are comming out of hiding and in numbers too great to ignore. Soon we will have Numvers too great for dumbass to disagree with. Not far from there are numbers too great for Bush to even interject into out conversation about adding President of the United States to his list of jobs he has been fired from. Vut he should be given a parting gift. I'm thinking an eternal prision sentence for trying to create a never ending war. I do mean ETERNAL. Children in the year 2525 should be taking feild trips to see the pile of dust that once was the disgraced and treasonus President George Bush II in his cell.
