In regards to Conservative Idiot #10.
"And now it's Ann Coulter's turn. Last week on the Sean Hannity show she argued that Bush should - and more importantly could - nominate a more extreme right-wing Supreme Court justice than John Roberts. How could Bush get away with this? Because, Ann explained, "it's a better Senate than it was then and we have the media now."

Maybe this is obvious - but it seems like AC's trick was to get people to think that someone might more extreme right-wing than John Roberts. I don't know that anyone is.

Someone else might have more of a record of being extreme right-wing. But that doesn't mean Roberts is to the left of anyone.

the Rev. Fred Phelps and possibly the pope, other than that I'm drawing a blank. Anne Coulter is such an idiot, it's not just that she spews bullshit, I honestly think she is criminally stupid (to bad that's not a hangin' offense!):smoke:

2. While she sounds like a complete idiot to us...
I think there is a method to her madness.

I don't think she is mouthing off with financial backing from right-wing nutjobs for nothing.

5. I think Roberts is to the right of the pope.
Of course - the trick would be finding someone who is already a judge who is to the right of Roberts - and who hasn't given himself away.

I don't think it's possible.
