Anyone heard of Penna for President?

This was what snagged my attention:
DNC Chairman Terry McAuliffe announced Fern Penna as the 10th presidential candidate at the DNC Winter Meeting.

I have no agenda here, just honestly curious.

His supporters have yet to start bashing the other Dem candidates.

2. I did a search ....

on Fern Penna (I'd never heard of him before) and it does look like he at least had every intention of being a dem candidate...and that he also had some good stuff to say. I'm curious too..anybody know the story on this guy?
