If ever there was a time to use the patriot act ...
Wouldn't this be it - to determine how an intelligence asset got compromised during a time of war?

Wouldn't this be the time to use it to get all the phone records of anyone that Rove called or received calls from during that time frame, as well as Miller, Cooper, Novak, Libby, all the players in this?

Do you suppose they did that?
