"Rove issue is OVER" -- Rush Limbaugh declares today
Yes... I actually listened to this pompous ass say that Rove is clear now becuase Rove is not the source accordign to the NYT article this am.

Then... he went on to say that "Wilson" was the perosn who outed his wife.

SO...I guess somebody needs to tell Fiztpatrick.

2. wishful thinking
they are hoping it will all blow over. What we really need is an indictment from Fitzgerald. That will cinch it.

4. Someone should call up Rush, and make a wager with him
Tell him that if Rove is the leaker and is proven to be (like he already has by cooper) then Rush needs to leave the airwaves because he is a liar or needs to apologize to his listners for spreading disinformation.

10 bux says pig boy's pompus ass wouldn't even do it.

10. Here's the answer to that line of bullshit
Thanks to; Lucille (293 posts) for finding this nofacts quote for me.

"I didn't dig it out. It was given to me. They thought it was significant. They gave me the name, and I used it."

--Robert Novak, as quoted in Newsday, June 23, 2003

Maybe he should tell Judith that it's over.

15. Crazy
Well there's no mystery here I guess. Another administration source outed Ms. Plame, but since it's not Rove, I guess we may as well pay not attention.

20. But,but, but,
The NYT is part of the librul media! They can't be right, can they? I mean, they're the bastards that published Wilson's editorial because they're America-hatin' librul bastards, right? So what is it, Rush? The NYT is a worthless rag when they disagree with you, and the Voice of God when a single sentence gives you a ray of hope?

Sheesh! Back to rehab with you, wingnut!

22. Declaring it "over" makes it so.
Just like declaring it "Accomplished" made Iraq a success.

Limbagh is an idiot.

They figure if they say it enough, it might actually happen. Hopefully, it will not.

24. Who did Rove lie to? Bush or us?
Bush asked whoever had info on the leak to come forward. Rove either did and so Bush has known all along it was Rove. And Bush chose not to honor his word to the American people and fire Rove. OR Rove chose not to honor Bush's order that those who had info come forward.
Either way, Rove lied. Either to Bush or to us.
Do what your father did, George. Fire Rove.
And it's just wishful thinking on Rush's part that Rove is over.
If Rove stays, he continues to be suspect. And continues to drag down an already languishing Bush administration.
Rove makes a lame duck a dead duck.
