Sign up or Shut Up. The one truth that RWers apparently have no answer
for.

It doesn't get any less true with the new London bombings.

I'm sure RW Hate radio etc. are falling all over themselves already to pimp this newest attack as proof of how shrub was right all along, why we are "over there", how America and the world will be newly galvanized in support of shrubco.

But will we see any more enlistments? From the RWers, their families, or anyone else?

Don't hesitate to point this out, as I'm sure they will have no more answer for it then they've had recently.

1. hey, they do shit....
They are fighters. But they fight with words.

It's good to support a war, just as long as somebody else fights it.

2. Not An Answer They Dare Speak Publicly
Which proves they have no conviction at all, and finally that they exist in a vacuum of denial.

3. You know the answer to that.
They're "supporting the troops" with their stateside activism. It's hard work bilking senior citizens and imitating Howard Dean.

7. True that
Those fine red-blooded Toby Keith patriots should be glad to fork over $2.50 a gallon. Halliburton and Shell execs need the newest yachts in order to be relaxed and rejuvenated enough to bring democracy to the Middle East.

4. We will NOT see an increase in recruitment, I can assure you of that.
They support the war with their mouth, but not with their asses.

They haven't, and they won't. Which tells me two things:

1. they are armchair quarterback chickenshits

2. they know this war is FUBAR and have known from the beginning....I suspect they just love the idea of us killing "brown-skinned" people, but don't want to get their hands dirty doing it.

Period.

6. They can't go
The right wing wing neocon republikan nuts can't sign up for the very reason that they are TOO FAT to fight, reveals a Canadian Press article :

GI fatsos too tubby to fight?
Canadian Press

WATERTOWN, Wis. (AP) - Besides terrorists, germ warfare and nuclear weapons, U.S. military officers increasingly worry about a different kind of threat - troops too fat to fight.

Weight issues plague all branches of the U.S. military, from elite marines to the air force, often lampooned as the "chair force" because of its many sedentary jobs.

Thousands of troops are struggling to lose weight and thousands have been booted out of the service in recent years because they couldn't.

However, one of the biggest worries concerns those not even in uniform yet: nearly two out of 10 men and four out of 10 women of recruiting age weigh too much to be eligible, a record number for that age group.

"This is quickly becoming a national security issue for us. the pool of recruits is becoming smaller," said Col. Gaston Bathalon, an army nutrition expert.

Unless weight rules are relaxed, "we're going to have a harder time fielding an army," he said.

No such problems exists with the invincible Korean People's Army, fatso.

8. If it's one on one conversation... here's the excuse I've seen used...

"I have a medical condition or I would have signed up already"

You generally don't hear this when they are in a group, of course. The lie would be hard to explain in front of their friends. I've heard or seen this personally no less than 3 times.
