USPS: no sending tapes or radios to Iraq
What the US Postal Service says about shipping items to Iraq:

Prohibitions: Tapes or cassettes.
Restrictions: Radio apparatus, and their accessories, and knives having blades over 76 millimeters (about 3 inches) in length, require permission to be obtained by the addressees from the Iraqi authorities.

The knives I can understand; but tapes and radios? (wouldn't want the Iraqis to know what's going on in the rest of the world...)

1. Many Iraqis have or have access to, sat telly/radio. They know more FACTS
and REALITY than most Americans do.

One glaring example would be how ONLY IN AMERICA did citizens believe (still believe) Iraq was involved with 911 and/or al Qaeda. ;)

Maybe USPS is really a lib at heart & doesn't want Iraqis TAINTED by US bullshit such as the Pigboy. :D

4. How would they know anyway?
When I sent packages to my husband, they contained so much crap that I just listed a few things on the whatchamacallit sheet (the one you fill out for sending overseas). Then they ask if there is anything hazardous in it, I say no (there never was), and how the hell do they know?
