Commercial Affidavit of Truth - Lawyers please verify! legally binding?

A friend of mine alerted me to this website with a strange name http://www.catfreedom.com/ created by an apparent Christian, and which contains an archive of defaulted summary judgments, affidavits along with audio files of telephone conferences who included Tom Kohler, a conservative Christian and outspoken critic of the Bush administration and who has written about the 2004 elections fraud. People may have heard him guesting a couple of times on Raw Radio (Brad Blog).


These are essentially lawsuits filed against elected officials in various states and leadership in this country, (the president and the governor of Florida for instance) having committed mass fraud and other violations against our Constitution. There are several problems i see at first blush as a lay person, not legally trained. So I am unable to determine the legitimacy of these documents and unable to to determine whether or not these filings truly exist.

The claim is that these are filed and "perfected" defaulted summary judgments made against the President, the Courts, and other elected officials in various states within the US, along with heads of states, including the Vatican and Monarchies, among others.

If these are bona fide defaulted judgments and therefore legally executable, it will be an amazing chain of events that goes beyond our wildest imaginations for the downfall of this administration and their minions.

Anyone with professional expertise in these matters that can comment on veracity of these documents and whether or not they are in fact executable would be greatly appreciated.

This paper is called a CAT or Commercial Affidavit of Truth. It has between 50-60 perfected Default Summary Judgments ( Press Here ) and has instructions to the authorities with regard to what they need to do to comply with their own rules, laws, and codes. Many of these authorities do not comply with the constitution and their own oath's of office. The UCC and constitution provides us with their fines, their judgments, and their fate if they fail to do so.

This document appears to have great strength in forcing the courts systems and governmental agencies to adhere to their oaths of office and to our true laws. When this document is entered into the system the court has to deal with the charges contained within or become party to the charges. They have to choose today who they will serve.

This document will have prior standing to any live case. Most courts will be time barred and cannot deal with it. The jurisdiction of this CAT is now in the International arena and only that court can deal with it. Many people feel the courts of today are directed by the underlying hidden government and often make up their own laws and ignore facts and truth, even when confronted with reams of factual information. When agents of government ignore requests for the truth, they ignore it and make wild rabbit trail statements which have no basis of fact. If they didn't, the truth that has routinely been hidden, would have been exposed and these agents would be in severe hot water. This document has been perfected because they have ignored their sworn duties, ignored doing the jobs they have been placed there to do, and especially their own oaths they have sworn to uphold. This document has been put together using their own rules, laws, and regulations. Let us pray that this may be the straw that breaks the camel's back.

3. Bolton, Kaplan, the CIA , the Vatican et al

I'm just now seeing the defendents list is so numerous - Bolton and his underlings (staff included) are named in these judgements included are scanned postal registered mail receipts, along with court reciepts of filing fees and other associated court costs.

And this goes back to 2003.

I also see at the top of this judgement filed with the "court of consience" - understanding that it was also filed with the Florida Supreme Court (?).

5. are you an attorney? These have been filed with Recorders office..

And i know that a recorders office will not record documents that do not bear a bonafide original of court seal, judgment date, and file issue date, along with bonafide signatures of judges and court clerks.

also the filing fees appear to be legitimate - the postal registrations etc..

and of course will give all the usual disclaimers about being licensed to practice only in NC etc.

I was recently retained to look into the validity of a lien from the "common law court." These liens and UCC filings had been filed all over the place and looked "legitimate" to some pretty intelligent people. They even had an opinion letter on the validity of some of the filings from a California attorney. But the problem with the whole thing was that when traced to their origin, they were based on a judgment against Ford Motor Company originally obtained in a non-existent court.

There's nothing I saw when scanning this web page that convinced me they were legitimate. It looked like a number of the resourced I examined in connection with the total bogus lien.
