Limbaugh is critical of Repubs for accepting Durbin's apology...
He mentions how John McCain was the first in the line after the apology. Then Frist accepted the apology this morning. Limbaugh made the comparison to the Trent Lott episode with Strom Thurmond. However, he failed to point out that it was the Republicans that went after Lott - it wasn't the Democrats. Seems there was a little power game going on that Rush was not aware of? Frist and few other Repubs wanted to step up to their new positions and with Lott gone, they were able to make their moves. Amazing that is lost on Limbaugh, huh?

1. Videos
I posted the videos of the Senators who spoke after Sen. Durbin's apology. Like you said, Sen. McCain was first in line. (his speech is the first one).

5. Nothing can make them happy
Senator Durbin apologizes and
they will want him to resign
Senator Durbin resigns and
they will want him in jail
Senator Durbin goes to jail and
they will want the death penalty
Senator Durbin gets the death penalty and
they will want his ashes put on a rocket and blasted into the Sun.
NOTHING can make the right wing happy.

7. One of the local RW shills in Dallas...
was saying this morning that Durbin's apology wasn't really an apology and that the Rethugs should demand more. He even made the comment that McCain almost "twisted and ankle" (his words) to be the first in line.

Unbelievable...

My favorite is the really hard core right wingers, the reactionary people like Michael Savage, he wants Durbin tried for sedition because he said something bad about america and you don't get to do that anymore. Freedom of speech is a alive and well in america, just watch what you say asshole....:sarcasm:
