I'm thinkin' about Iraq. I think about it every day.
In fact, if I'm typin' about it, I must be thinkin' about it, right? So there's proof I'm thinkin' about it every day.

Moran.

11. Stay safe
I know that sounds trite to say stay safe, but I do mean it.
Thank-you for your service as well.

15. What are you doing over in Iraq?
...besides thinking about home. Actually my questions should be: Why are you in Iraq and what do you do there? Honest curiosity.

and then in his Bush voice said something like what is that for? This is right after he mumbled something like you started the war and you think of it every day?

8. it's really big of him, isn't it?
It's nice that he's thinking of the fucking mess he's made, the blood that's on his hands, the criminal evil that he's unleashed. Really big gift he gave us, there - that he's thinkin' about Eye-Raq.

Dope.

16. Exactly! After he thinks about Iraq, he thinks "I can't wait 'till I'm not
the president no more...I get to go to my ranch, cut some wood, and count all that money I got comin' to me. Hell, I earned it...I deserve it. I took care of a lot of people...time for them to take care of 'ol georgy."

13. I think about it too, constantly.
I desperately want this war to end, and I am scared that *, in his infinite wisdom, is going to escalate by bombing Iran and /or Syria sometime soon.

Something that feels good to do, besides anti-war activism-- send a letter and a nice box of snacks or toiletries, etc, to a group of soldiers. I've just sent off several boxes to different groups of soldiers who post what their unit needs on a website called "anysoldier.com".

I didn't realize that, for letters and packages going to APO and FPO military addresses, the postage to these guys in Iraq and Afghanistan is the same as postage here in the US. Also, the USPS now has flat rate boxes that are pretty roomy. For $7.70, you can ship a LOT of stuff.
