Wasn't there another retired general who proclaimed Jesus wanted georgie to wipe out the Muslims?

There are so many, I get my crazies mixed up.

9. Actually, Allard's not a retired general, but a retired colonel (Army).
And Gen. Boykin, a true nutcase, is not retired, but is still on the job doing the Anti-Christ's business.
