Rumsfeld admits post-war Iraq is no safer
It appears that all of the greatness that is supposedly going on over in Iraq, we are finally starting to hear the truth about how safe it is over there, from "The Don" himself!

<<snip>>
At least 900 people have been killed in bomb attacks across Iraq since the new transitional government was unveiled.

1. That is a surprising admission
I wonder if he will ever be blamed for his failure to manage the Iraq war. I mean, obviously there's the issue of whether or not we should have done it in the first place, but even if you think it was a good idea, did Rumsfeld run teh war in anything close to a professional, proficient manner? No!

2. Americans aren't hearing the truth. Interview was with the BBC.
And you know how much traction BBC interviews get in the USA.
