I think everyday, we need to take a look at these numbers.

1. Plus two more GI's lost in Afghanistan today.

I know one number that wil never change------> that big, fat 0 regarding funerals attended.

6. The hardest thing Mr.bush has to do is try to comfort the families
We have a # dead USA soldier board up in our neighborhood. I used to have one in my car too, updated daily, but stopped around 1220.

8. I think we should remember we're losing troops in 2 countries
both Afghanistan and Iraq. We don't have OBL and Hussein was never a threat to us.

12. Trying to keep it bumped
These kids need the recognition. It's bad enough Bush won't acknowledge their deaths other than in photo ops or the like.

13. Twice I've read these figures are wrong, it's more...
because IF you die en route to Germany, you don't count. IF you die on the way to Walter Reed, you don't count. Last week, Germany was saying our figures do not add up, it's over 6,000 dead. If we could pull these facts together, it would be powerful. Germany puts out a statement and then it gets pulled off the net. The US does not count any soldier who dies in transit as a casualty of battle. They did the same thing during Vietnam until the bodies pilled up at Walter Reed until they couldn't hide them anymore.
