Look at the off-camera shots of Bu$h in the F911 movie, preparing to announce war in Iraq. He is not stupid. His comments about being a 'war president'. His 'playing' the sycophants while hitting a golf shot. His comments while sitting with his brother about how he owns Florida before the 2000 election vote was in.
