29. Well, while the picture DOES look staged, the guy on the right is not

taking a picture of himself. It's one of the newer digi-cams (I believe some Minoltas and Casios look like that). It allows an optical zoom without having an extended lens. Take a look at the Casio exislim series and some of the smaller Minoltas.

I may be wrong--but isn't the Truman Balcony the main balcony off of the Presidential offices/private quarters?

I'm guessing the balcony isn't part of the White House tour. It's a balcony that is directly off of the inner guts of the White House--right?

If so, why are "tourists" up there?
