Sheriff entrapping people in my town - how about yours?

Joe Arpiao, pink underware dude is has a civil trial pending after a dude got off on a jury trial for entrapment. It's complicated and I wish I had a link. Does any one know what I'm talking about. Saville is the kid's name who was entrapped for Joe's publicity.

The kid was in jail, and his jailmate basically coerced him into being a hitman. His jailmate was also working for the sheriff's department, for some reason.

They had a bunch of tapes showing how the guy thought he was going to get killed if he didn't try to kill someone else.

He also likes to keep people in jail and just forget about them without preliminary hearings. He was nailed on this not long ago also.
