Pressure grows on Blair to resign... if it happens, will it build to Bush?

Methinks in light of this, now IS the time for Dean, or some other heavyweight, to start talking about the memo, talking loudly, and talking non-stop. Come out scolding the media... make them feel GUILTY: "Why aren't you talking about this?" Play the same card the right plays with labelling media figures as liberal. If they're called on it, they'll just look stupid for ignoring this.

I think the time is right, and this could start an echo-chamber effect back and forth across the Atlantic and across the complacent media here.

It would have the effect of giving the story even more legitimacy in the UK, which would possibly bring down Blair, which would possibly bring down Bush.

1. All the powers in the Democratic party, heck every office holder
should be demanding an explanation for the memo.

4. If there were a compelling reason that would force Bush to resign
It would also be compelling enough that his whole administration would have to resign as well.
But I have to agree with the other posters. It can't happen here. The only way he steps down is if the people rise up in disgust, surround the White House and basically threaten to drag him out and hang him from a lamp post.

6. Like stealing the election Twice, lying to get Into an illegal war of
aggression, Gutting our economy and polluting the environment are not enough compelling reasons? The crimes of this administration are without precedent. Crimes against humanity- using depleted uranium shells indiscriminately causing birth defects and cancer to skyrocket in Iraq and Afghanistan. Suborning torture and the denial of basic rights to US Citizens? What the hell does he have top do to warrant removal in your eyes? Blow a horse on national TV? How about call a press conference and show you his Hobey of blowing up frogs?

5. If Blair is forced to resign because of THE MEMO
then he will be charged with war crimes soon after. If Blair is charged with war crimes, then Georgie will be in big trouble too. Especially, since Blair was only an accomplice and this is Georgie's war.
