10. This could have been predicted from the start

Many of us who opposed this immoral war of choice saw this as one of the consequences of starting a war. Well here we are and we all will have to reap what was sown. Unfortunately, this will blow back on all of us and it isn't pretty. No matter what the fundies want to think, God is not on the side of the US in this war. God sides with the poor and the powerless and what goes around will come around in due time. Those who look for the rapture are in for a big ugly surprise.

As for blowback, it's already happening. Every world leader from Putin down to the tinhorn dictators is arming his country as much as possible.
