I just got a watch of the 1st episode of the new season of "Family Guy".

in the 1st 10 minutes... lampooning of "Passion of the Christ", Peter naked twice (brrrr...) Peter and Lois 'having relations' (twice), a distrubing reference to Pinnochio's nose growing...

and a Kunnich'04 Bumper sticker on Brian's Prius

I'll bet a bright shiny dime "The Simpsons" and "Family Guy" outdrew the Dobson/Frist Hatefest...and it wasn't even close. I hear even friendly companies like Sinclair passed on carrying this fiasco.

I'd go one step further...these shows outdraw anything on the Faux Noise Network and put more coins in Rupert's kitty.

Seth McFarland is one of the brightest talents around and Family Guy is turning into a classic. It's must watch TV in this household...and then we pop over to Cartoon Network for Adult Swim and watch the older ones.

Seth Macfarland is genius. The show is just chock full of these great non sequiters, and hilarious flashbacks.

Remember Stewie with the black light in the cheap motel room? Or Brian the talking dog licking his own genitals? Just hilarious stuff.
