I didnt see it (but that doesnt mean anything ;) )
Lawmakers in the US state of Florida have passed a bill that would allow a gun owner to shoot an attacker on the street in self-defence.

Under what its Republican sponsor calls the Stand Your Ground bill, gun licence holders over 21 years of age who feel threatened in public can shoot to protect themselves, without trying to escape first.

Florida Governor Jeb Bush says the bill is a good anti-crime measure.

4. Just as well.
Giving wine to formerly gun-totin' loonies probably isn't such a hot idea.

5. I would say....BAD FOR TOURISM........
Some people feel threatened when someone looks at them "funny". Some people feel threatened by four black teenagers walking down the street.

I, personally, feel threatened by bible toting proselytizers and gaggles of republicans.......

the outrage, were this bill to be used as a defense for gang related drive-by shootings. "Was driving by, dude was reaching for his pocket, so I fired."
