Anyone else getting this Mass Email?
When I got it, it was called "Where to Buy Gas" and it's all about which oil companies buy from the Saudis. It goes on to claim the Saudis are boycotting American goods and we should "return the favor."

"Why support these people when they HATE US AND OUR WAY OF LIFE??" it goes on to say.

But the best line is this:

"Gas rationing worked in the 80s, it can work again. Why didn't George W. think of this?"

My question is this: Are Right Wingers so stupid they don't know that the Bushes have been in bed with the Saudis for decades? Do they think the Saudis would boycott goods from a country in which they invest trillions of dollars yearly? Do they realize that if their boycott works, they'll be hurting their President's pocket?

1. Debunked by snopes.com a couple of years ago. Yes, it's making the
rounds again. I got it this week from my friends in NY who always forward these hoaxes without first checking snopes...as should you.

3. yeah, I replied to all
the people on the list, explaining how stupid and incorrect the email was. Got some hate mail back from it, in fact.

Thanks for the snopes.com site, I hadn't heard of it
