3. How much money is he willing to put into...
research and development of alternative energy?

Not a hard-hitting question, but I think a good one.

You could also ask him why his collar is so tight in the debates ;).

Enjoy.

4. Ask if he will demand paper receipts on electronic voting machines
I asked a Dean staffer the same question at a Dean
event on Friday.

If he keeps hearing it, maybe he will research it
and come to the correct position.

8. What his reaction is to Wally O'Dell
Chairman of the Board, President and CEO of Diebold saying he will do everything in his power to get george elected again. Easy for him to do since Wally's machines are counting the votes!

11. Ask if he thinks it's right private companies make money off elections
and if there isn't an inherent conflict of interest, as suggested by the Diebold exec's statement about fund raising.

12. Is he willing to fight if Bush cheats to win the election again
That's the question I was going to ask him if I'd been close enough at the Harkin Steak Fry, but of course I didn't get the chance.

18. Stance on Assisted Suicide.
Seriously.

It would cut the pharm, insurance and long term care industries off at the knees, save elderly and terminally ill people TRILLIONS of dollars, and allow them to pass on gracefully rather than being beholden guineapigs for drug research, if they wanted to make that choice.

I'm leaving in abt ten minutes and will print this out.

Of course, if I get to ask a question, I'll probably chake and ask what his favorite color is.

20. I'd go with the
electronic voting problem question. I think THAT'S going to be the key (other than some kind of outright cancellation) to W and his minions staying in power.

22. ask about housing
and the homeless. Next year over 1 million children in the USA will be homeless. Homeless children should make us insane with anger, but instead we turn a blind eye. Working families are filling homeless shelters - what will we do about this?
